Lauren and our Ukrainian facilitators (Nastya and Alexi) had a long but successful day. They were able to get the court decree and Elena's birth certificate. Tomorrow they will get her passport and then fly to Kyiv to finalize the paperwork at the US Embassy on Thursday morning. Needless to say we are all excited. Both Lauren and Elena were extremely tired after such a long day. As time permits, Lauren will provide more updates and pictures.
